diaperjoys
We'll have a 1st grader using it this year, but next year I'd anticipate two students. Not sure if that will evolve into two magnet boards or one bigger one. What size should I look for? What works well?
nukeswife
We have the 2' x 3' size that AAS recommends and it works great. I bought it at walmart for $15. HTH
MerryAtHope
Unless you are teaching both at the same time (as a class), one board would work fine. I use one 2' X 3' one with both of my kids. Merry :-)
alegnab
I was going to buy a magnetized board, but I didn't get around to it before school started. After doing it without a board, I realized that it was better not to have one (at least for the first year or so), because it is really helping my kids get good at alphabetizing. Bayt ul-Hikmah
My magnet board was too small, so I use the side of the refrigerator. I put them up pretty high so my youngest doesn't play with them - ds stands on a chair to use them. He thinks it's great fun.
Paintedlady
I'm using it with 2 kids and our 2x3 board works perfectly.

3lilreds in NC
We have a really big one - I think it's bigger than 2' x3' or maybe it's just that size. I haven't measured it. Dh got it from work for free when they were gutting one of their buildings. I use it with both girls, since they're working at the same level, and it works fine for us.
