HTH f you have forgotten your password Click "lost Password?" on the Member Login page. This will reset your password to a temporary (numeric) one In order to reset your password, you will be asked for the answer to the Security Question you chose when you registered at PBSThis answer is case-sensitive and must be typed in exactly as you typed it in at registration. [*]Your login information (including the temporary password) will be sent to you in an email If you do not get this email, check your spam/junk email folder [*]Once you get the email: Go to http://www.paperbackswap.com and click the Login link on the upper right of the page Enter the login information from the email and click Log In. You will be taken immediately to the Change Password page. [*]On the Change Password page: Enter the temporary (numeric) password into the space for "current password" In the next space type whatever you would like to change your password to Retype that new password in the next space to confirm it Click After doing this, you will receive an email confirming that your PBS password has been changed. The new password you chose will remain your password until you change or reset it again If you are unable to retrieve a lost password using the Lost Password? link on the Member Login page, please contact us. If none of the above solves your login problem, please use the Feedback button on the Contact Us page immediately after a login attempt to send us a message: in your message, please describe what happened when you tried to log in Please use the feedback button immediately after trying to log in: scroll down the page, click Contact Us, then click Feedback at the top of the Contact Us page. Don't close your browser or navigate to another page before doing this. We can see a lot more information if you send in feedback than if you use email, and this will allow us to help you solve your login problem! How frustrating? Are you getting any communication from them at all?
