mom2tbcnm
OK, I put my pizza casserole in the crock pot at 10:30ish this morning, and apparently it was just on warm, not low! OOPS. Would you eat it? Everything in it was cooked previously. Noodles, grnd beef, cheese, sauce, pepperoni. It was 3:30 when I realized it and put it on high. What's the verdict? Eat it or throw it? Thanks Katty
LaxMom
Yep. I'd eat it. "Warm" in a crock pot isn't exactly room temp.
Ria
No, warm might not be hot enough to kill bacteria, but might be just warm enough to facilitate their growth. I guess it depends on how warm "warm" really is. Ria
The Governess
Hmmm....this is in iffy territory for me, too. If you do decide to eat it, I would definitely put it on the stovetop and bring it to a boil for 10-15 minutes just in case.
Angela in GA
I would crank it to high for 30 minutes or so and then eat it.
MamaT
I would eat it, as long as nothing tasted or smelled "bad."
Harriet Vane
Eat it.

ChristusG
I'm a self proclaimed "scared to get food poisoning" person LOL. So no, I would not eat it.
MountainViewMama
I would eat it if I brought it to a boil first. Sounds yummy!:001_smile:
