Evergreen State Sue
Has anyone here used this for a 7th or 8th grader? How did you like it? Sue That should be project-based science curriculum. Couldn't edit the title!
Carol in Cal.
It seemed a little light. Not a lot of info on scientific terms, unfortunately. And that is one of my key requirements for a good middle school science curriculum. I use Science Explorer. And Snap Circuits and First Lego League on the side. Sunshine State Sue
Dh and ds started it in 6th grade and will be finishing it in 7th grade. I believe that they are enjoying it. They are not terribly communicative. Ds enjoys the hands-on activities. As Carol noticed, it does lack info on scientific terms. That is why I am working through Science Explorer with ds. The 2 programs have complimented each other nicely.
Tani
Dd and Ds used this with Gods Design books and it worked wonderfully. It was worth the money, imho.
