The addressee was: Jon R. with my address and my daughter's information. I have NO CLUE who Jon R. is - that is not my husband or me. Did the hospital break hippa law? maize Posted March 1 Share Posted March 1 Maybe just put the wrong name on it; it would only be breaking HIPPA if the letter had been sent to someone other than you.
