Laura Corin
I bought a spendy-for-me Circulon pan with a lifetime warranty. The surface failed. The company is happy to replace but the small print states that the warranty doesn't apply to the new pan. Still a decent deal - two for the price of one - but not what I thought. I grew up with cast iron and Husband still uses it. I like to have the option of throwing something in the dishwasher though.
stephanier.1765
That stinks. I can understand it from the company's point of view but, if the pain is supposed to last a lifetime, they shouldn't have anything to worry about. I'm glad you were able to get that one replacement, though.
