I haven't been able to get a call through to my grandmother. It is hard to not assume that she has blocked me.

Is it possible that your mom or your unsafe aunt blocked you and not grandma?  My dad had an invasive friend who would block his families numbers.

My parents did it. 😞  I posted how I found out upthread. They had my grandmother's phone calls to her home landline forwarded to them, and they blocked me.
