Nm.
I would like to get back to drawing and working on my own skills. I’m not sharp on the basics. Anyone have a good book that’s not overwhelming to go over the basics? Kids/teen books welcome, I get overwhelmed if there’s too much information on a page. I would like a resource for various proportions of the face/body, but also interested in general drawing.

*****
We had good success with Doug DuBoscue. Draw 3D Step-step Perspective. Not overwhelming. Even when my daughter took an art class in high school, the teacher wanted to know the name of the book. He was impressed with her skills.😉
bookbard
I still think Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain is very good. It made me understand you tend to draw what you imagine something is like not what something really is like.
