KatieH1010
I am so excited to be a part of this community! I just started homeschooling 3 of my 5 kids (younger 2 are just 1 and 3) - ages 6, 8, and almost 11. I am on the second chapter of “The Well-Trained Mind” and I already feel overwhelmed, inadequate, and like I started too late. I really want to do this and do it well, I am just flooded with self-doubt and insecurities! I am grateful to have found this community and hope to feel on more secure footing very soon! ScoutTN
Welcome! We’ve all been there at the beginning. It will be fine. There is no “too late”. Keep reading, trust your mom instincts, and enjoy your kids. Post questions on these boards for encouragement and advice. Loads of experience, a host of viewpoints, and fun here in abundance. Do you have some irl homeschooling community? Just breathe and do the next thing…
