Quiver0f10
I haven't been paying attention to the news and knew there had been an ice storm, but I didn't realize just how bad. My dad is in a shelter because they have no power. Hope everyone in New England stays safe!
MIch elle
We were lucky and never lost power but lots of people in Worcester are still out of power (as well as other areas). I hope your Dad gets his power back soon!
NCMom
My sister has no power in Peterborough and has only just been able to go home to get stuff today. My other sister in Milford, who does have power, told my mom this morning that Mascenic district is not going to have school again until after the new year. People keep emailing us pictures of Wilton and Lyndeborough and it is positively scary. WMUR also had some good footage of Temple, Wilton and 101 coming over the mountain the day after the storm. Sometimes I miss Lyndeborough, but not this week, lol. Unicorn.
Oh, your poor dad. Praying for him and everyone else affected. I wish we had better national coverage on our local news- I knew people were still without power, but that's about all that has been said. I hope they all get to go home soon! I hope your Dad gets his power back soon! He lives in Fitchburg and said some parts do have power so he is hoping they get it back soon.
