Jean in Newcastle
I see these ads for them now. Everlywell is one brand. 7drops is another. And there are a couple of others. How accurate are these? Costs seem to vary greatly. So do the number of things they test for. Worth it? Or is it better to contact my naturopathic doc? Katy
They aren’t accurate. I read some article where a journalist with actual diagnosed food allergies took one and none of them said the same allergies OR the ones she’s actually allergic to. Try Fiber Fueled & the Fiber Fueled cookbook a book by an MD gastroenterologist who talks through not only those tests but also through healing gut issues by eating more & more varieties of fiber. 2
