Dried them in the oven and made coffee with them? I hate to throw away beans if they're still good and would love ideas for using them. I added the optional cocoa nibs and orange peel and can taste them in the finished product. I might give that a shot and see how they taste. I wonder if I should rinse them off or if the sugar will cause any problems. Or maybe I try it both ways.
