But I was up with a kiddo with growing pains last night so I am kind of tired. We will see. I am always tired at the end of the day. Jenny in Florida Posted June 12, 2021 Author Share Posted June 12, 2021 Walked 3.8K, followed by legs and arms and then 15 minutes on the stationary bike. Still doing very low resistance on the bike and just trying to build up slowly and see how my knees handle it. So far, so good. Then we went and wandered the farmers' market for the first time in, well, forever. And I spent a couple of hours unpacking boxes of books onto the new shelves. I'll just need a short walk this evening to top off the step count. Spring Start Status Update: 631.9 of 500K (I believe today is the last day of the spring walking challenge.
