Elaine
I ordered $120 worth of curriculum from someone and they shipped it to me. I paid via PayPal but I never changed my address from the old NC one to the NJ one. So when she shipped it, it went to the old address. I did submit a change of address form and I have been getting mail, but this was about two weeks ago and I have yet to receive the package. I am not bashing the seller as this was in no way, shape or form her fault. I am just wondering what to do. Oh, and I did call the post office in NC. Shockingly, they were of no help.:glare: So my question is- how do I go about finding this package? readwithem
Could you send a note to the occupants of your previous address, asking them to contact you if the package shows up on their doorstep? Offer to pay forward shipping and any phone charges of course :)
Tammy
the post office of your old address.....They probably have the package sitting right there on the floor, LOL! .
Karenciavo
If it was shipped media mail it should be forwarded to you postage due Elaine. Remember, media mail can take a while to get to the first stop, then it has to go through the forwarding system and the shipping process again. Unless the seller purchased some kind of tracking (like delivery confirmation) there is not going to be any record of your package. You'll just need to be patient, it could be a couple of more weeks or more till it shows up.
