6kids2luv
Delicious Banana Bread (very moist):001_smile: 1 cup + 2Tblsp. oleo (I use butter) 2 1/4 cup sugar 2 1/4 cup mashed bananas 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 cup buttermilk (I just soured milk w/ vinegar) 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) Mix just until well combined. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Makes pan almost full. the recipe says this make 3 sm. loaves, but it made 4 of my sm. pans. So it would probably make 2 reg. loaves. My son just made this for breakfast yesterday.

tnmomofboys
Just made this one for the 1st time last week. It is rated REALLY HIGH with lots of reviews. It makes 2 loaves and 3 mini but you need 6 bananas. Make sure you add the crumb topping. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Banana-Sour-Cream-Bread/Detail.aspx?prop31=
