gardenmom5 Posted October 25, 2018 Share Posted October 25, 2018 (edited) anyone have a favorite (authentic) recipe? dd has been in a mood where she's "experimenting". supposedly she's using an austrian cookbook. her experiments are so far off . . . . not. even. .... close. . . It's motivating ME to make one! I know the sacher hotel doens't publish their recipe, but many other baker's make a knockoff. (the sacher hotel's was more moist then every other one we tried. - though it was a subtle difference. I'd also swear the sacher hotel covers it in a ganache.)
