She could move on to that (and can probably move through the first sections quickly). Conversational practice would be good. Verbal Planet and other sites have inexpensive Skype tutors; I think we paid about $16 per session a few years ago (don't remember if it was 30 or 45 minutes). She can also check Meetup.com to see if there are any French conversation groups in her area. My dd went several times and was always the only teen there, lol, but she got to hear actual French conversations, not scripted ones, and met some very interesting people.
