Gil Posted June 1, 2018 Author Share Posted June 1, 2018 Earlier this year I purchased the 1st level of the Irasshai program, but after spending some time with it, we decided against it and returned the books. The show is an okay supplement but doesn't come close to being what I'm looking for. What I'd like to find are a few authentic TV shows that Japanese families with elementary or middle school aged students watch on their own TVs in Japan. I am hoping to find something that is NOT an anime or a game show. I guess what I need are the Native Japanese Equivalent of The Cosby Show, Boy Meets World, Full House or just one of those live action Disney/Nickelodeon shows?
