WoolC
I just learned about ClassicalU teacher training subscriptions from CAP today. Annual subscriptions are on sale through Valentine's Day. Has anybody subscribed? Is it worth it? The classes look amazing but I wonder how relevant they are to teaching the grammar years. Looks like a lot of content for teaching middle and high school. Thanks for anything you can share! https://www.classicalu.com

Porridge
I tried it. It was difficult to make time to do the lessons, but I completed almost all 17 lessons of the first course. It did seem more skewed to the upper grades

WoolC
Bumping this to update. I went ahead and subscribed and I'm really enjoying it and learning a lot. I thought I'd share a bit about it for others that were curious. Level 1 courses total up to about 117 hours of instruction time. Level 2 courses total to about 72 hours of instruction time. I'm planning to devote 3-5 hours a week to get the most out of my subscription. I've started work in 5 courses so far and I'm finding the content to be well done and practical. There is a good balance of the more philosophical and lofty musings on classical education that I enjoy with practical courses that give me methods for how to teach math, Latin, the Great Books, etc. I noticed that the Essential Latin course appears to be the same as the Latin for Teacher's course that is available on the CAP website for over $200.00 so I think the subscription is a great value. Many of the courses include PDF copies of various books and phamplets so that I haven't had to purchase them in addition to the subscription. I'm happy to answer any questions I can about the program for anyone interested. Just thought I'd share a bit since I couldn't find anything about it when I was looking for reviews earlier.
