I use apple cider vinegar, and a plastic jar (peanut butter jar size). I fill the jar about an inch or two with vinegar, and add warm water in the shower to fill the jar most of the rest of the way up. rinse your skin with it. let the vinegar sit on your skin for about a bit (at least 10 seconds) before rinsing. Add essential oils if the vinegar smell bothers you (it might linger). 

 

It works for us to prevent/relieve itchiness. 

 

Doesn't need to be used once mixed, but it will be cold unless you add warm water.
