klmama
Dc mixed up two packages of gluten-free brownie mix and put the batter in a 9x13 pan to bake at 320. Each individual package is supposed to be baked in an 8x8 pan for 50 minutes. I know the middle may not get done at the usual length of time. How much time would you add for the double recipe? Would you change the temp? Thanks for any help you can provide! Dc is supposed to take these to an event tomorrow, so it would be nice if they turned out. SoCal_Bear
Not a baker, I would bake the same and check on it. Insert a toothpick and check periodically until toothpick comes out clean.
abba12
I'd cook it for an hour or so, check with a toothpick, and be prepared to remove the centre ones and just take the outer rows

klmama
Thanks, everyone! I guess this mix is less finicky than the last one I tried; the brownies were done at 50 minutes even with two packages.
