bettyandbob
What do you do? I recall something with microwave. Not sure.
Tree Frog
I put the heel of a loaf of bread in when my sugar starts getting hard. It takes some time (like maybe overnight), but works well. I also remember hearing about microwaving it to soften. Wouldn't hurt to try, but I'd be watching it carefully. Knowing me, I'd put it in too long and melt it.
MEmama
I just use it as is. It doesn't matter once it's mixed in with your wet ingredients anyway. I keep a couple of marshmallows in my brown sugar jar now. Idk why but they keep it moist.
freesia
Yep just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds. It doesn't take very long at all, but of course just depends on how much you have as well. I would start with something like 10sec at a time.I do this, but with a wet paper towel.
