klmama
If sending a transcript now, before the first semester grades are completed, do you indicate the student's performance as of 1st quarter or do you not show any grades for senior year? regentrude
I do not show any grades for senior year until the course has been completed. At the end of the semester, I only list grades for completed courses; I do not show semester grades for year long courses that are still in progress.
Mom22ns
I do not show any grades for senior year until the course has been completed. At the end of the semester, I only list grades for completed courses; I do not show semester grades for year long courses that are still in progress. This is what I did too. For courses that weren't completed, I put IP (in progress) in the grade column. ETA: I never showed quarter or semester grades anywhere on my transcripts. If you are showing them elsewhere, this answer might be different. Edited December 7, 2016 by Momto2Ns
Sebastian (a lady)
The only time I showed quarter grades was for one college that came back and requested them. They asked for estimated grades if grades were not yet available. I did a transcript just for this school. I included a cover letter that explained the basis for the estimates. I think there were screen shots of ds's class pages to show quiz and homework averages for DE courses.
