Liz CA
I need a lesson. Mine is either too hard or too runny and always very hot even though I put lots of honey in it. My recipe is either not working for me or simply not working. Any tips?
Carol in Cal.
Mine is always insanely hot, too. I've given up. There are plenty of good prepared mustards out there. I still use dry mustard in some recipes that call for it, and also when I make vinaigrette from scratch.
RioSamba
Both of you have me beat. My seeds sprouted while soaking and I waved the white flag immediately.
