moonlight
What do you do with frequently misspelled words? Do you have a word wall with them on it? Are they part of your spelling? Thanks!
mamamoose
What exactly do you mean and how old is the child? There are a lot of factors and it's probably age dependent to at least some degree. I treat my Ker different than my 2nd grader than my 4th grader...
OneStepAtATime
I agree, how old is the child and which words?
Jess4879
My oldest has trouble with some words she's been taught but they just won't "stick". For these words I add them to spelling city and she works with them there, as well as in her spelling lesson and dictation. For really stubborn words, I change her math password to that word. A week of that and she's usually got it down. :) My middle kiddo doesn't tend to get misspellings stuck in her head in quite the same way, so usually a simple lesson and some dictation will correct the trouble.
