sdobis
Ok, I am not completely computer illiterate, but I don't know anything about digital art. My daughter would like to be able to take her pencil drawings and turn them into digital images that she can color, shade, and move. Is there a program (cheap or free) that can help her do this? She downloaded gimp, but neither of us know how to use it. Are there any online classes that teach this? I wish I could help her more in this area. MomatHWTK
Take a look at Anim-ish, it might do what you want. I'm not 100% sure, DD has played around with it.
sdobis
Thanks, any other options?

I cannot find a website or an app on Google play. We don't have Apple products.
J-rap
My dd (a graphic artist) has a digital pad that she sketches on with a special pencil, and she can then attach the pad to her laptop and the drawing transfers to her computer. Once it's on her computer, she can change, color it, etc. Not sure what program she uses to do that... I can try and get more info from her. ETA: Just talked to her. She uses a Wacom tablet. They have lots of different styles and prices. Edited April 26, 2016 by J-rap
