Where is the best place to get copies of old photos?

I have some old photos that I would like to make copies of.  They are photos of my father and his family that were given to me after my father passed away 10+ years ago.

 

I would like to make copies to send to my two aunts (his sisters).  My plan is to send each aunt two copies of each photo; one for her to keep and one to label and send back to me.  There are people in many of the pictures whom I don't know.  I'm hoping my aunts will be able to supply the information that I don't have.

 

I have about 20 photos that I need to make 4 copies of (each).  I've never done this before, so I don't know who has the best quality/best price.

Staples/Office Depot can do it.  They can do it while you wait and I think the color 8x10s were less than $1/each.
