kbutton
I am not DF, but if you can find vegan melting chocolate, I vote for chocolate-covered things you like to eat. (Nuts, GF pretzels, etc.) Popcorn stuff--popcorn balls, molasses popcorn balls or molasses popcorn. Or choco-covered popcorn. If you like vegan cream cheese, maybe some cream cheese mints. If you don't have a mold, you can roll them into balls and squish. The cream cheese mints are also good covered in chocolate. http://www.southernplate.com/2014/12/cream-cheese-mints.html Vanilla mint is good too. You'll have to use margarine instead of butter. Oh, someone has made veganized them: http://www.doliferight.com/2009/01/03/recipe-vegan-cream-cheese-wedding-mints/ Cinnamon rolls if you are brave enough to mess with GF bread dough. If you like various kinds of alternative milk, hot cocoa would be good too. Divinity Flourless cake (margarine, not butter) Flourless peanut butter cookies. I need to stop now because I'm wanting to make this all myself but with dairy, lol!
