carriede
How do you use these with your kids? I haven't been doing them all along, so we suddenly have 12ish cards to review. So far I just read through them with DS 1-2 times a week. Is there some other earth shattering way to use these? Thanks!
Holly
I was thinking of making a timeline with them. Either on a poster/display board our going along the wall of our schoolroom. When we used MOH Challenge cards, we played Jeopardy with them (I'd read them and they'd guess who or what I was talking about).
kalusignan
I've never used them. For the first four years I'm focusing on exposure to history and having fun with activities. We don't do much on drilling facts besides answering the review questions. Might be nice to use them on a timeline or something though. Maela
We paste them to our timeline on the wall in the hallway.
carriede
Thanks everyone! We had made a timeline using the Prehistoric World from the Usborne history encyclopedia, and DS LOVED it. So I will make one for these cards too. This way, they may not be memorized, but I do know they'll be looked at!
