hollyhock
When you first started rebounding, how much could you do at a time? And how long do you do now? How long did it take you to work up to that amount of time? I've had my Jumpsport for a week and a half and I STILL can't do more than 4 minutes without all the muscles in my legs and ankles aching. Maybe I am just way out of shape (likely) but I thought I would be able to steadily increase my time by now. Is that normal or am I just a wimp? Seasider
Don't start off jumping. Spend some time just bouncing gently while your feet stay fully on the tramp.i mean a few days to a couple of weeks, mainly just shifting your weight around. Be sure to stretch afterwards. You can find rebounding workouts on YouTube.
VaKim
Do you jump the same way the whole time? I have had mine for years and still can't do much of a single movement for more than a few minutes. Switch it up. Jog some, alternate feet, jump side to side, front to front, twist, do kicks, etc. Look up some youtube videos, like pp suggested.
alisoncooks
Yes, do not underestimate the "health bounce"! Also, distraction works wonders -- bouncing to music or tv. And switching it up like the previous poster said: bounce a little, jog a little....
