Donna
I am planning for next year….A few years ago, someone told me about a curriculum that links music, art, and history. At the time, my dd was too young for it. The computer I had that information on crashed and I completely forget what it was. I would love to find a curriculum like this for dd now. Has anyone used this one… http://www.professorcarol.com/discovering-music/ or do you know an interesting curriculum that does this well? Emerald Stoker
Was it Gloria Fiero's The Humanistic Tradition? Maybe? (Haven't used it, but it's nestled in my bookmarks...)
Donna
I don't think so. It doesn't look like I remember though that one might work. Do you know the level of difficulty for that one, Emerald?
Julie of KY
We've done part of Professor Carol's Discovering Music and have really enjoyed it. Well - at least mom enjoys it and the boys tolerate it as they'd rather be doing math or computer programming.
OneStepAtATime
Maybe Trail Guides to Learning (not Trail Guides to Geography) would meet those criteria but I doubt that was what you were thinking about.
Pronghorn
Professor Carol has additional courses on her Circle of Scholars.
Emerald Stoker
Sorry, Donna, I don't know; I just bookmarked it when someone here (katilac?) mentioned it once, as she made it sound quite interesting. I expect it's probably one of those first-year university survey course type textbooks.

Donna
No, I did not find the one I was looking for. Maybe the program never took off and is no longer available. I bookmarked it a number of years ago when dd was young and I didn't want to put out the money until later then that computer crashed. Sorry. SkateLeft
Maybe Harmony Fine Arts? That was the first thing that jumped to my mind when I read your description. They're art and music plans aligned with the four year history cycle.
