Miss Peregrine
Ever since it snowed here ddd12's allergies have been making her miserable. Last winter they flared up around this time, as well, even though we got very little snow. We live in a national forest and she is allergic to all the things. This fall wasn't bad at all and now this. :confused1:
lollie010
We don't have snow here, but my son's allergies flare badly in the winter. I tjink its indoor air quality when we are visiting others around the holidays. Also low vitamin d can contribute to his allergies flaring. Good luck figuring it out. Allergies stink. Jean in Newcastle
Are you spending more time indoors? Did you have your furnace vents vacuumed out? Could there be accumulated dust in the air? Did you bring any firewood indoors that could have pollen or mold spores? Did you have a real Christmas tree? Could she have cold urticaria - a condition where your body releases histamine in response to cold temperatures?
Sdel
Sounds like a mold allergy. They get worse with any kind of damp. Stefanie
