mirabillis
I have just come across Wordly Wise as a great independent Vocab program from posts here in the forum.... Do I need to buy the pricey teacher book - or is just the student book good enough? Thanks!
kiwi mum
We have used it from grade 8 to 11 without ever needing a teacher guide. I have no idea about the younger levels.
mirabillis
Great! That's what I thought with the samples I saw. I'll be starting with Wordly Wise 7 for my 7th grader. How did you organize your week with it - and how long to complete 1 book for you?
kiwi mum
I assigned it twice a week. The first session they would do parts a,b,c and d and the second session they would do part e. Usually each session took about 30 minutes. So each lesson took us a week and then there were a few extra sessions for the reviews (after each four lessons). mirabillis
I do ABCD one week, and E and the test the second week. Where is the test? Thanks!
BusyMom5
I bought the test booklet. I also bought the answer key for the workbook, but don't really need it.
