gardenmom5
know a good male yoga instructor who does dvds? after chatting with my dentist - he wants to try. (and I'll be seeing him again in a couple weeks . . . . ) I figured he'd also be more comfortable with a male instructor. well, I know Rodney yee . . . I know there are more, but don't know their names. any suggestions?

mamaraby
YogaGlo - https://www.yogaglo.com They offer a free trial, you can watch the videos anytime, and they have several male instructors. The videos work on mobile devices as well.
Runningmom80
I've done the free trial of yogaglo, and I really liked it. My local studio had a great deal on an unlimited year of yoga, so I decided to get that instead, but if that wasn't an option, I'd use yogaglo. Melissa in New York
On YouTube, there is Tim Sensesi. I find he is pretty good. You have to learn how to block out the people in the background since his routines are done outside near the beach.
Negin
Mark Laham is my favorite and I have lots of yoga DVDs. Whenever I do his DVDs, I feel so energized and my muscles feel so stretched. He's a great instructor and you really get your $'s worth with each DVD - about 3 separate workouts in each DVD. He knows his stuff. My former yoga instructor liked him a lot also, and her opinion is one that I respect. The link that I provided goes to Total Fitness DVDs. Their service is great and you can use a "10off" coupon code to get an extra 10% off pretty much any order, I think. As with all DVDs, I would suggest looking at the video clips before ordering. Here's his You Tube Channel.
