I'm very pleased with the set we got from Educational Fontware. It includes GDI basic and cursive in many configurations (e.g. with arrows, outline form, with lines, without lines), as well as a program for joining cursive letters. Jarman is the solid line version and Jardotty is the dotted (tracing) version. HTH, Amanda ps- I just re-read the op and realized she was looking for cursive fonts. The above 2 are not.
