displace
I use the rightsmart (name?) program for handwriting sheets but I want to make the lines raised too. Can I DIY with a tool of some sort? I don't want to mess with raised lined paper and try to print on it.
OneStepAtATime
Do you mean WriteStart? Honestly, I guess you could go in with a tiny screwdriver or something and put in all the raised dots but that seems incredibly tedious and time consuming. I hope someone responds with a better idea. Maybe something for the blind might help, since braille uses the raised dots...?
displace
Start write or something? I posted on general boards thinking a crafter may have some magical tool. I think just a line (not dotted) would be good. Maybe even a rounded toothpick on the back with a straight edge...
Mandylubug
You could do it with cardstock, a ruler and an embossing tool
