how far in other math to be ready for Singapore Standard 4A?

We are considering sending our kids to a university model homeschool school (2 days a week) next year for math and language arts.

For math, the triplets would be going into Singapore Primary Math 4A Standard Edition.  The youngest child would be going into 3A.

These kids have all been in different math programs at home - Math Mammoth, RightStart, Miquon, and MathUSee.

Can you tell me how far we need to get through in the other programs to be ready for Singapore Standard Edition 4A & 3A?

Thanks!!

If you want as smooth a transition as possible, I'd have them take the placement test for Singapore math and start them where they place *now*.  That way you'll be dealing with any gaps or difficulties before they need to keep the pace of the class.

I know nothing about Miquon, but I would be most concerned about transitioning the child who is using Math U See.

We are doing 4A now, and I would definitely say you need a good solid grasp of place value, Multiplication, and division. Also, there is a fair amount of fraction work in there, the basics of which were covered previously in 3B.

3B also had a collection of other skills: conversions and measuremement, time, very basic geometry like identifying sides, angles, etc....and area/perimeter of regular polygons.
