madteaparty
My DS needs three of these (English and his two languages) but we are a disaster with the spiral bound ones, pages flying off, too big, etc. I need something smaller for portability purposes and sturdy. Suggestions? I've banned index cards. Because for my 5th grader boy, and frankly, me too, index cards are the pits. I've enough to keep the wood stove going all winter, so at least they're getting used ;)
Arcadia
The Mead small size composition books are good for that purpose. For index cards, keeping them on 30mm binder rings helped for my older. KellieK
I had a few regular sized composition books cut in half, they are the perfect size for spelling and vocabulary.
