Is there a website community that explores issues regarding people "on the spectrum"?

Someone very close to me has always been confusing to me with actions that are difficult to understand.  Recently, I've wondered if this person has undiagnosed "on the spectrum" issues.  Sorry if I"m wording it incorrectly;  I'm not too familiar with all of this!  This person is very smart and high-functioning, but there are so many social things that are obvious to everyone else that she just seems to miss completely.  I'd like to find a board where I can just chat freely about this and maybe understand her better.  It's at a point of lots of relationships being hurt because of it, but if we could just understand it better, I think that would help tremendously.
