Tangent My friend and I once had a discussion with a TSA agent about goats cheese spread. It ended when the supervisor came over and glared at the agent. TXBeth Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 We have never had any problem bringing whatever food we wanted, but a friend recently had 4 loaves of shortbread confiscated. She was bringing them to her adult son, and the agent said homemade food is not allowed because they can't know what you put in it - only prepackaged foods. So maybe it depends on the airport/agent?
