plansrme
FYI. It's been on for a while, but there are still about 10 spellers left. A homeschooled girl was just eliminated, but she won my heart in her post-elimination interview by not ending her sentence with a preposition. It was something like, "I will now go watch every horror movie on which I can get my hands"
ThisIsTheDay
I'm watching! I've watched it for several years, and I hate to see how commercialized and slick it's become. TV has a way of doing that, taking the good things and killing it (Olympics, for example). I love cheering for these kids!
plansrme
I have to admit that I am enjoying the sentences the announcer is giving with the words--anything to inject a little levity into the proceedings.
SunnyDays
Darn, I missed it. That would have been fun to see. Though I confess I probably wouldn't have looked for it on ESPN... ;)
