pjssully
Hi, I was thinking of using Khan academy next year for 7th grade for prealgebra, though I think we will go through it pretty quickly because they know a lot already. Anyways, is there a good pre=algebra book that would go well with the Khan videos series? thanks for any information, pam
sagira
We'll be doing something similar in two years using Dolciani Pre-Algebra (1985), MM 7 worksheets, and Khan Academy. Dolciani is straightforward and clear in explanations.
Kareni
My husband likes to use Margaret Lial's Pre-Algebra book in his tutoring. I can't speak to how well it lines up though with Khan Academy. Regards, Kareni
Spetzi
The beauty of Khan is that if you don't know it yet, you can go through the exercises and videos to learn it. My daughter used Fred pre-alg before Khan.
