1GirlTwinBoys
I live in KY and these will be getting full sun. I don't really like Holly, Juniper, or Boxwood. Any thoughts?
Happy
Holly is one of my favorites...there are many kinds, so it might make sense to research them a bit. If I were you, I'd head over to an independent garden center one morning this week. Ask what would work in your situation. Maybe take a few photos in. A skilled nursery person should have some good ideas for you. Happy planting!
Aura
I live in NE GA. We have Gardenias on the North side of our house. They stay green all year, but they don't get full sun, only partial, so you would need to check on that part. But they smell heavenly when they're in bloom! Azaleas might be another option. There are varieties that range from full shade to full sun, so you need to double-check particular varieties, but they also have beautiful blooms in the spring! I second talking to someone in a nursery or garden center.
