SilverMoon Posted May 5, 2014 Share Posted May 5, 2014 Vocab: English From the Roots Up, get the book or the cards, not both Writing With Skill 1: I would not use this with a 4th grader. I've used the book before, my current 8th grader was a beta tester for the first volume, and I have an advanced rising fourth grader. DD/rising 4th is going to finish Writing and Rhetoric 3 and 4 (from Classical Academic Press), write about her science and history topics, and possibly use parts of Cover Story. Math: I'm not familiar with the first one. Zaccaro is a fun supplement that my kids benefitted from and i would use it again. It's not full curricula.
