Night Elf
I get crab angels from the Chinese restaurant. I was trying to look up calories and I'm not sure what I'm finding is right. I don't know if this is a wonton wrapper or egg roll wrapper. It's 5 inches square. Isn't that too big to be a wonton wrapper? It's definitely bigger than a dumpling/pot sticker. I think this is an egg roll wrapper. Does anyone know? I'm finding crab angel calories to be 70 calories each. That seems too little for what I get. This thing is deep fried, and is supposedly only 5 grams of fat.

Lara in Colo
here is a recipe and they have the calories at the bottom of the page http://allrecipes.com/recipe/crab-rangoon-i/
Night Elf
Yeah, it's cream cheese and crab bits. The wrapper is thicker than the wrap I get on the dumplings. The recipes I'm finding definitely show wonton wrappers being used, so the one I have must be an egg roll wrapper. I think that this would be more calories because it's bigger. Mrs Mungo
I think Panda Express uses egg roll wrappers in their crab ragoons. You might check their nutritional info?
