My Spark handle is GR8BY48. Jean in NewCastle told me about it some months back and tried to message a person, but we never heard anything, and I dropped off of Spark for a spell. Thanks! Looks like we need to revive the group a bit maybe? Well I am there. I need to do this weight thing once and for all!!! No more years going by with me having absolutely NO discipline! I am trying to limit my computer time as well in 2014, and if I am going to do this weight thing, I will probably spend more time there than here, lol.
