isaelijohjac
Hi all, this board is very helpful. I can't seem to find anything on this subject, so here's another question. DD took a couple of honors classes at a homeschool tutelage that we supplemented so she could take the AP test. I will list the test score in the test section but what is the appropriate way to list the class so that it shows AP work? Should I list it as just honors? I know I can't use the name AP in the class, but am wondering what others have done for those that have self taught the tests. Thanks. Jane in NC
The test score says it all. If you submit course descriptions, you can write that course materials were selected to enable your daughter to take the AP exam. But really--the score says it all. "Course X with AP exam" is one way you could list it on your transcript to indicate that it was an AP level class.
Barbara H
"Course X with AP exam" is one way you could list it on your transcript to indicate that it was an AP level class. I agree. Or something like this "Advanced English Language and Composition" A, AP
Crimson Wife
My high school used to list them as "Honors ____ (AP Equivalent)".
