mommyto4QT
I printed out 25 page booklets for each kid (3) for them to use in November. I would like to have each of these bound for durability. I have an Office Max, Office Depot, Fed Ex Kinkos, etc. near me. Which is the best for binding papers? How much can I expect to spend?? Ellie
Comb-binding? spiral-binding? saddle-stitched? (which is when the booklets are folded in the middle and stapled there) In any case, my go-to for any of the above is FedEx/Kinko's.
OneStepAtATime
Since the only thing near me is Office Depot, that is the one I go to, but they usually are really cheap in price. I had the spines cut off some workbooks, then hole punched and it cost about $3.50 total. I didn't do the binding, but I understand that they don't charge much for that either. I will say that I have found I must make CERTAIN they understand my instructions and are truly listening to me. Sometimes they assume I want something spiral bound and start punching for that instead of for a 3 ring binder even though I asked for 3 hole punches...
