Vida Winter
I'd like to add critical thinking to our 4th and 8th grades. What are your favorites from Critical Thinking Co.?

tammyw
I'm planning on making an order with them also, so interested in the responses as well! Does anyone have a free shipping code?
Writerdaddy
Mind benders if you hit the right level book, and every kid loves balance benders (well, it seems). I think that company is more about doing well on standardized tests than critical thinking actually, but I guess it all depends on what we mean by that. There can be no doubt though that a majority of their products will help raise test scores on standardized tests.
Matryoshka
Editor in Chief and the Detective books (I've used Math, Science, and now History). Mind Benders are a nice kind of logic problem, but the CT books are overpriced. Mindware sells the exact same kind of puzzles as Grid Perplexors and you get 50 instead of 15.
