I've sleuthed around the settings and I cannot find where I can turn this off...or on...or whatever I need to do. Jean in Newcastle Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 Have you cleared your message box? When they did the upgrade all the PMs you sent over the years got put back into our boxes. You might need to clear them out in order to get new ones. To do that go to your inbox and view all messages. There is a bar on the left that says "storage" and will tell you if you are 100% full or not. If you are, then click on the messages you want to delete, scroll to the bottom (I think) and select delete. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
